Accepting Consignments Now:
We accept consignments at our auction facility in Sealy Monday-Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Deadline to consign to this auction is Friday, June 26 by 12 noon If you need hauling or unloading services, call our office at 979-885-2400. During this time, please call in advanced to notify you are coming to our office to register and unload equipment
To preview equipment, come by Switzer Auction at 1036 S. FM 331, Sealy, TX on Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Auction Information and Terms:
- Do not wait until the last minute to register as a bidder.
- Inspect before you buy. All items are “sold as is, where is”.
- Items sold are subject to a 10% buyer’s premium on any lot or item selling for $2,500.00 or less.
- Lots/items sold online will be subject to a 5% Internet Premium.
- We accept cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check with a bank letter of guarantee. credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover – all accepted with a 3.50% administrative fee will be charged by the credit card company. Subject to change without notice.
- All sales final at conclusion of bidding with no exceptions.
- All sales subject to verification of good funds.
- All sales are subject to sales tax.
- If you have a resale tax number or ag exempt number, the original certificate must be shown at registration or check out to use on your invoice.
- Equipment List, and terms are subject to change without notice. Sale day announcements will take precedence over printed materials.
