How to Bid and Buy!

Bidding In Person

Bidding in person at Switzer Land & Auction Services is easy.  On the day of auction, you will need to bring your driver’s license to register.  If you have a farm exempt number and want to use it on applicable items, the original or photo of the farm exemption certificate is required on the day of the sale.  Then you will receive a bidder number… You are ready to bid!  After you are finished bidding on the items and were the winning bid, come to the office to check out and pay for your items and load out.  Please have all equipment purchased loaded out by Tuesday of the following week, payment is required before any equipment can be moved from the yard.

Bidding Online

Online bidding is available with Proxibid and Equipment Facts.  You can directly view our auctions on these sites thru our website.  Register Online anytime.

Please read all terms of auction before bidding.
