We plan on a traditional closing in 30 days from the auction. Personal property will also sell at auction on July 18.

To Register to Bid at the Auction on the real estate, you must submit a $5,000 cashier’s check made payable to Elliot and Waldren. If you are not the successful bidder the cashier’s check will be returned to you to take home.

Title Policy and Survey Provided

10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the contract price to be paid by the bidder/purchaser

10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid price on all sales of personal property
