All Items are sold "as is" "where"is. We accept cash, check with bank letter of guarantee and credit cards with 3.5% convenience fee. Payment is due at the end of the sale. Funds must be cleared by the bank prior to removal of items off the yard If a third party is picking up the items purchased, the buyer must verify in writing the name, company name, address, phone number of the third party that is removing the item from our yard. They will need to provide a driver's license and paid in full receipt to Switzer Auction. We may call the buyer at the time of removal to verify.
