Switzer Auction Services is a professional auction company specializing in equipment, livestock, and real estate. Switzer Auction Services is owned and operated by Mark and Glenda Switzer of Bellville, Texas. We have been in business since 1986. Our services include confidential consultation, appraisals, advertising, hauling, storage, pre-sale maintenance, clerking, settlement, and private treaty sales.

For the past several years we have been conducting equipment sales at Port City Stockyards in Sealy, Texas as well as throughout the state. Our sales are well attended and we consistently register 500-600 buyers. We have built a reputation of honesty and reliability. In the past five years alone we have served over 4,000 satisfied consignors. We are insured for liability by the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company for $1,000,000 and are fully licensed and bonded through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Mark has bilingual auctioneering capabilities and is currently licensed as an auctioneer in the states of Texas and Louisiana. He has received the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation, the highest designation in the auction industry. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, and the Texas Auctioneers Association, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.
